Wifi is awful. Front desk manager is kinda rude. Our room didn't get serviced. Shower is weak. The list goes on.

Great concierge. Cute rooms. Definitively worth staying at somewhere boutique that's within walking distance of whatever you want. Right on the ferry bus route too.
