Don’t be fooled by the outside looks, this is a proper and nice hotel. friendly staff, really good breakfast buffer with daily specials. and free WiFi service and full bar

Looks old from outside but inside the room is nice after refurbished (I think). Buffet breakfast with little varieties.

Great place to stay. Customer service and staff are good. Still in the midst of renovation and should be better after. Also dont let the outside of the hotel fool you, its much better inside

We got scammed by concierge teaming up with an anonymous transportation provider. We are suppose to go Damai Beach Resort through their official shuttle bus, we did arrive safely, but do be cautious.
