If you need assistance with check out, make sure you call at least an hour before you are planning to leave, as service carts can be quite sporadic.

A fun novelty hotel that wears off after a few hours. Fun for kids. Parking is very difficult and you are limited to one car.

It's really fun like camping leaving a vary good vibe busses and boat are vary accessible and the smell of nature is amazing

No need to wait for busses. Short walk to Saratoga Springs bus stops and amenities or hop on the boat to Downtown. Great pool and so quite and peaceful after all the crowds at the park.

Rent a car if you have small children so you don't have to wait for a bus from the Treehouse to the main building and then to the parks.

Great places to run. Conch Flats Trail extends from Old Key West (villa 5524) to Treehouse Villas and Saratoga Springs. Enter the "service only" path next to villa 7030.

Very nice villas for our family of 6. I recommend bringing some small flashlights, because the rooms are very dark.

Love it. Not buggy, nice to have 3 bedrooms. Accessible villa is well laid out. Agree to walk to Grandstand or rent a car. Don't bother with the bus.

Bus won't pick you up unless you're actually at the stop. I'd recommend just walking to Grandstand or The Springs and catching a shuttle from there. Good exercise! Ferry to Downtown Disney is great.
