Separated buffet for English breakfast. Iron and possibility to power phones via usb in the room.

Climate control is quiet and works better than more fancy systems. Staff were helpful; decent number of power points in the room, large telly. Don't take hotel taxi to City airport, it's extortionate!

Customer service was the first thing to slide when their computer systems went down. Room was nice though and breakfast was pretty good

Really nice modern hotel, with possibly the slowest internet in the world. Reminds me of my days using a 1,200 baud modem; but at least it is free

Superb hotel, gym, pool all good, free wifi is too unless you pay so let's it down, but super sleep, nice food and the area is quiet and tranquil for somewhere in the city
