Laundry machines are free, but bring your own detergent. Also, there’s a nice paved bike trail and walking path just behind the south exit of the hotel.

Bring your own knives and cutting boards. The knives are so dull they can't cut a potato and the cutting board is glass, further dulling the knives. Also, this is the "teapot". Kind of sad.

The website is a bit misleading. Laundry services are free but the detergent costs $1 a box.
