Really friendly, helpful stuff ! Location is great, just 15 min walk to the city center! Garden is amazing! Food is good! Rooms are nice, but really basic! Anyway, it is nice place to stay in leuven!

Staff is very friendly, nice location, have a beer in the garden (the local 'begijntje' is good!), the bath rooms are NOT 4star and from the 70s. beds comfortable. 1km from 'Oude markt' (centr square)
