Lovely environment in an old style hotel. Had a great afternoon tea with champagne, sandwiches, cakes, scones with clotted cream and jam an of course tea :-)

If fast, friendly service with personal attention to each customer is required, Maria if she is available,is by far one of the only waiters who meets the standards of service put forward by the hotel.

Went for afternoon tea with a friend. Very slow service had to wait for everything with countless requests. Not a proper set up, stain on the table, disjointed new afternoon tea set up. Disappointed!

Take it back....my god these walls and flooring are thin....currently listening to someone thundering or tiptoeing around the room above me!!! If you're a light sleeper then the Swan's a no from me!!

Nice hotel, nice people but lousy service in the restaurant. The good food though did make up for it though!

The Scotch Egg starter is awesome! The restaurant is now very good value and looks really fresh, glad I came back.

Nice and professional service in the restaurant and reception Showerhead is smart-eco-saving crap and floor in the bathroom is very cold. :(

Don't stay here if you like a good nights sleep. Paper thin walls and ceilings... Currently being kept awake.
