Free cake and tea. So different to when I stayed 2 years ago. Dorm rooms are normally always free. Free tour of Nazareth too.

However the owner is quite cheap and charged us for breakfest, 35. Amazing considering the other works said it was 15, pure greed. she also charges the full price for United tours, buy it directly
