Pulled pork nachos! Real good... also the sweet tea was pretty perfect. They also have birch beer and local brews from heritage brewery. Nice atmosphere.

Really enjoyed the no frills aspect of this BBQ joint. I was a big fan of the brisket and potato salad and will be returning soon for more.

The Bone makes two barbecue sauces using beer from the nearby Heritage Brewing Company, most notably the Freedom Gold mustard sauce, which uses the Freedom Isn't Free IPA.
