Specialty: Cold Beans. El arroyo is an innovative restaurant. It's the first in Austin that aims to serve their food cold! We waited for one hour and 30 minutes for this tasty, brown looking mush.

Would be great if they weren't so damn slow. Here every week for their dollar Rita's and lately it's been a 20-30 wait just for the drinks.

The grilled fish tacos come with a pineapple slaw and habanero aioli that make them absolutely delicious. Best I've had!
