At the time of my arrival; the dining area was a complete mess. Dirty tables, food trays strewn about. The trash cans were overflowing and no staff member was present to clean up.

Blaring music makes it hard to hear the people across the table from you, and for some reason it's even louder in the washroom. Got the wrong burger, too.

The ice cream machine is broken down on the longest day of the year / first day of summer. A sign would have been nice before we waited in the drive thru line. Boo!!!
