Yes, there is usually a long wait, but if you are a regular, they will be friendly and remember you. I've been going there since they first opened and they treat me well. The food is delicious.

Coffee is delicious , good bagels, but NO music! That just annoys me if I wanna chill for a bit.

Don't go in the morning unless you feel like spending an hour watching the staff talk on their cell phone while you wait for somewhat decent food

They have to work on making coffee, haven't gotten a cup that hasn't tasted like flavoured water yet . Bagels are good though
