If there was a vote for Slowest Service, this Branch would get my vote! I come here prolly every 6-9 mths once but nothing changes! Still the same pathetic speed of doing things!...

They really need an info counter. So many people have questions because system is not clear. Eg. you don't have to take a no. if buying stamps below RM10. If parcel counter is closed then take a no.
